We’ve been in business long enough to know that a good project process is essential to achieving ‘excellence’ level results.

Cre8iveOptions doesn’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk.  Our process has been tried, refined and proven to work.  If something isn’t broken it’s worth evaluating why… and we have.  What we found is that people work best and are most creatively inspired when they work within defined but simple perimeters: 1-2-3, easy as a-b-c, and it’s exactly what we use.

Our creative process is simple:  1 = Analyize, 2 = Strategize, 3 = Realize

We utilize this same basic method of process for all of our projects and for every single project we work on: period.

Step 1 = Analyize

Our creative process begins at step 1 with your initial consultation and project assessment.  This is the step where we get to understand what you are looking for, we talk about your project goals and discuss overall expectations for a scope of work.  During this step we will prepare a contract with the scope of work that is agreed and we present that scope of work to you for your approval along with projected deposits before any work begins.

Step 2 = Strategize

With your scope of work now defined, approved and in queue, it’s now time to brainstorm and devise an outline for all the how and what details of your project.  During this step we talk about things like overall impression, text, colors, photography, styles, graphics, layout, details, etc. along with making sure that we have a complete collection of information to see that your objectives are realized and on target.

It’s during this phase that we will begin to see your project begin to take a bit of shape.  These project models might include items such as sketches, rough drafts/concepts that relay a structure or blueprint for future development.

Step 3 = Realize

Now, with your focus communicated, and drafts conceptualized we can now dig deep into your project peripheral and bring what was once visionary, into reality.

During Step 3 we create the actual model for your scope of work based on your step 2 strategizing.  During this phase we work back and forth with you to refine your design through your agreed to rounds of revisions.  This process now includes fine tuning all of the elements and details of your scope of work so your deliverable arrives at destination as planned.
