Yes. When it comes to logo design we’re creating a unique identity marker that you’ll want to utilize in all sorts of materials. Once we complete creating your final logo, we provide you with a complete set of web and print ready files that can be used for any application.
Cre8iveOptions proudly uses only industry standard print and web software products. Since we understand the market and the needs of our clients, we prepare final files for the intended product’s use ONLY.
For example: if you are purchasing a product designed for print, then high resolution files will be created utilizing the appropriate software solution for your project. Once the project rounds of revisions are meet and the project is approved, you will be provided with a single final print ready file for your use: in the majority of cases this is a print ready pdf or .jpg at 300 dpi.
Web products are created for their intended use: on the web. As such, web files are conceptualized, drafted and created at no more than 96 dpi and most often are provided at the standard 72 dpi resolution.
If you had special needs for your projects or you require ‘native file formats’ of your project work, please discuss this desire at the conception of your project so that we can make sure to accommodate all of your requested in the most beneficial way.

Yes. Native file formats are not included by default with your project scope. If you would like native file formats once your project is complete we would be more than happy to quote that for you separately.

If you have an explicit need for work of an immediate nature, please make sure you denote those in the comments of your inquiry. We do our best to accommodate a variety of scope time frames, however our ability to provide express services is dependent on the current work queue.
Project payments are determined by the approved scope of work, though it is not uncommon for projects such as website design to allow for payment terms such as: 50% down-payment, 50% final payment when project proofs are approved. Projects under $1000 require full payment at project approval. We accept payments through PayPal, echeck or certified check by mail.
Our hourly rate for design is $75/hr. Because some clients prefer a pay-as-you-go option, the hourly rate is open for all project types, please just let us know you prefer the hourly rate as apposed to the flat and we’ll be happy to project your project with that option selected for billing.
